Have you ever been to the great fo Guan Shan temple in Ormiston? Well on Wednesday Glen Innes school went there and it was awesome to learn about  buddhist teaching.

First we went to a room where we went to watch a video about a monk who had to make lots of sacrifices and do lots of hard chores. 

Next we lined up close to the entrance and we put incense sticks in a pot line by line.

Then we went to a beautiful room and we saw four colourful trees. Then we watched movie about a monk who lose his family and did heavy chores to become a monk 

Finally we were writing good deed then we went to go to meditation on the peaceful grass We lined up to go to the hall. We were dancing and three kids from room 9 went an they did a act with a police officer. Then we ate and left. 

I had a fantastic time at the temple and I will like to go again
